Obituary of James F. Atkinson

James "Jim" F. Atkinson, age 71 of Media, PA passed away on October 16, 2023 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Clayton, NJ, Jim was the son of the late Charles and Violet Neigenfind Atkinson. Jim was chief of security and parking for Penn Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He was dedicated to his work and family. Jim is survived by his wife, Marie Mattera and daughter, Paulette. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, 9-10AM at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10AM. Interment, S.S.
