Obituary of Anthony R. Yannuzzi

Anthony R. Yannuzzi, age 87 formerly of Boothwyn, PA died peacefully on October 6, 2016 at his daughter's home in Gilbertsville, PA. Born to the late Anthony & Florence Twelves Yannuzzi, Anthony has resided in the Ogden & Boothwyn area for 55 years. A veteran of the United States Air Force, he served during the Korean War with the National Guard. He was employed with the National Guard for 38 years retiring in 1988. A devout catholic, he was a member of Holy Saviour Church serving with the Knight of Columbus Council 13710 as a 4th degree Knight. Anthony's hobbies included golfing, traveling and spending time with family & friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Catherine R. Yannuzzi (nee) Callahan who died in 2011, siblings, Robert, Charles & Joseph Yannuzzi & Elizabeth Boyce. He is survived by 7 children, Catherine Langton (Ed), Anthony Yannuzzi (Dianne), Mary Diek (Larry), Joseph Yannuzzi (Nancy), Florence Johnson (Jerry), Thomas Yannuzzi (Tish) & Steven Yannuzzi, siblings, Mary Vitale, Gloria McGrath, Richard Yannuzzi, Carol McLaughlin & Thomas Yannuzzi, 19 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 7-9PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA and again on Monday from 8:30-9:30AM at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM. Interment S.S. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. Donations in his memory may be made to either the "Knights of Columbus Council" 13710, P.O.
