Obituary of Alice M. Rzucidlo

Alice M. Rzucidlo, age 88, passed away on July 10, 2018 at her home in West Grove, PA. Born in Chester, PA to the late James and Sarah McGuire Lankford, she was a longtime resident of Upper Chichester, PA. In her early years, Alice was employed by American Viscose and SunRoc, however her passion was caring for her home and raising her family. She was a member of St. Hedwigs R.C. Church, she served as past president of the Ogden Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed her spare time at the casinos playing the slots as well as baking, crossword puzzles, and cross stitching. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph S., who died in 2011, 2 sons, Stephen J. who died in 1980 and Joseph A. who died in 2009 and a brother, Albert Lankford. Alice is survived by 3 grandchildren, Kimberly Weatherill, Jennifer (James) Swartz and Michael Rzucidlo (Fieldi Chan), 4 great grandchildren, Ashley Jones, Jimmy Swartz, Kylee & Jessica Weatherill, 2 great great grandchildren, Aaron and Ayden, a daughter-in-law, Mary Kay Rzucidlo and a sister, Phyllis Gencil. A viewing will be held on Monday, July16, from 10-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 11AM. Interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bayada Hospice, 1400 N. Providence Rd., Ste. 200, Media, PA 19063.
