Obituary of Philomena E. Piccirilli

Philomena E. Piccirilli, age 90, of Upper Chichester, PA passed away on July 5th, 2026 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born in Burlington, NJ, Philomena was a 20 year resident of Upper Chichester, previously residing in Southwest Philadelphia. A homemaker, she was devoted to her Catholic faith and a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church. Philomena had a passion for the Phillies and enjoyed Arts and Crafts. In addition to her parents, Arthur and Nicolena Esposito Pro, she is preceded in death by her brother, Prodenzo Pro. Philomena is survived by her husband of 67 years, Michael Piccirilli Sr, 4 children, Maria (Al) Toto, Gaetano (Janice) Piccirilli, Nicolena (Aldis) Abrams and Michael Piccirilli Jr, 6 grandchildren, Gaetano Piccirilli, Alfred Toto III, Michael Toto, Kristina Abrams (Eder Garcia), Melissa (Cornelius) Harkin and Aldis Abrams, and 2 great grandchildren, Luciano Piccirilli and Casey Harkin. A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 16th at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PAfrom 9:30-10:45AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM. Interment, S.S. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations in Philomena's memory may be made to the Providence Animal Shelter, 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, PA 19063.
