Obituary of Doris Laskoski

Doris Laskoski, age 91, of Upper Chichester, PA, passed away peacefully on July 5th, 2026, at her home. Born in Chester, PA, Doris was a resident of Upper Chichester for 50 years.

A nurse, she worked for several doctors, including Dr. Repice and Dr. Zoranski. Doris was a lifetime member of the Linwood Fire Company and the Ladies Auxiliary. She also, at one time, served as the Treasurer. Doris enjoyed ceramics, spending time in Ocean City, NJ, and Sea Isle City. In her early years, Doris had a passion for Roller Skating. During baseball season, Doris enjoyed watching the Phillies as she was an avid fan. In addition to her mother, Sarah Ann Jones Willis, Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Laskoski, who died in 2010, and a brother, Edward Willis Jr.

Doris is survived by her daughter, Linda Meeks, 2 grandchildren, Michael (Barbara) Zubrzycki and Annmarie Zubrzycki, and 4 great-grandchildren, Lora Zubrzycki, Julieann Burke, Billy Burke & Jessalynn Burke.

A viewing will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 10-11 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 11 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA. Interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations in Doris' name may be made to Main Line Hospice (www.mainlinehealth.org).
