Obituary of Jeanne M. Cooper

Jeanne M. Cooper, age 98, of Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, previously of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026, at Maris Grove Rose Court. She was born to the late Raymond and Erma Auer Sotier in St. Louis, MO, where she was also raised. She was a longtime resident of Maris Grove senior living community, living there for twenty years. She was also a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church and enjoyed swimming. In addition to her parents, Jeanne is preceded in death by her beloved husband William Cooper, who passed away in 2024, as well as her siblings Raymond Sotier and Doris Knubley. She is survived by her children William Cooper, Gary (Ron) Cooper, and Karen (James) Geib; Grandchildren Brian Jessie, Christopher Jessie, and David Geib; and Great-Grandson Milo Jessie.
