Obituary of Barbara Anne Lionti

Barbara Anne Lionti, age 73, of Wilmington, DE passed away suddenly at her residence on May 18, 2026.

Barbara spent the past 14 years in Wilmington, DE previously residing in Garnet Valley,PA. A devoted homemaker and woman of deep faith, she was a member of The Church of the Holy Child, where she faithfully attended Mass every Sunday.

Barbara cherished time spent with her family. She especially enjoyed summer vacations in Wildwood, trips to Lancaster, and celebrating holidays surrounded by those she loved most.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, John and Adrienne King. She is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Gaetano "Guy" Lionti; her loving sons, Philip (Barbara) Lionti and Gaetano "Guy" Lionti; her brother, William King, her sisters, Diane Lansberry and Eileen (David) German; her cherished grandchildren, Carmella, Gaetano, and Isabella Lionti and several nieces, nephews, cousins

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday May 27, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at The Church of the Holy Child, 2500 Naamans Rd., Wilmington, DE, followed by A Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will take place at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
