She is survived by her children: Gale Spencer; Debra (Wayne) Mozingo; Bruce (Sharon) Adams; Robin (Mark) Bireley; Randall (Dottie) Adams; and Michael (Lisa) Adams. She is also survived by her siblings: George (Claudia) Horton, Sandra Harrison, Joseph Horton, and Madeline Sharber. She will be deeply missed by her grandson and longtime caretaker, Michael Scott Adams, as well as her 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
