Man I hate this one.
I wish I had been notified about his service as I would have been there for sure.
I've known Phil for just about 30 years. We'd drift in and out of contact but when we'd get together we'd pick right back up.
He was one of my favorite people. Always pleasant and upbeat, very genuine with an easy smile. And his Philster cowboy swagger...
Phil was indeed a creator, an artisan, and he had a great appreciation for fellow artists.
For a period he had an odd obsession with building trailers. Lol.
I'll miss you Phil, you were a really good dude. I wish I had more consistently embraced our friendship.
But you always think you have plenty of time...
