Obituary of Theresa Ann Costantini

Theresa Ann Costantini ("Terry"), age 95, of Media, PA, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026, at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born in Darby, PA, Theresa was raised in Yeadon by her parents, John and Genevieve Hogan Seaman. She resided in Media for the past nine years and previously lived in Sea Isle City and Chadds Ford. Theresa worked for many years as a Manager at Southeast National Bank (now known as Wells Fargo) before retiring. She greatly enjoyed family gatherings, holiday dinners, international travel, trips to the beach, and sailing. Devoted to her faith, she was a longtime member of St. Louis Church in Yeadon and St. Cornelius Church. In addition to her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Suzan Costantini, and eight siblings. She is survived by her devoted husband of 75 years, Daniel J.
