She was the beloved wife of Howard (Webby) S. Webb, Jr., for 70 years until his passing in 2020. Mickey was the mother of Nancy Maguire (Dan), Judy Webb- Fisher (late Ned), Bob Webb (Eileen), the late Carol Greenhalgh (Sam), Shelley Kelleher (Dan), and special niece Kathy Williams. She was a special MomMom to 13 grandchildren: Tim Glomb Jr., Danny Maguire, Becky Salvadore, Christine Parkinson, Bethany Glomb, Sammy Greenhalgh, James Greenhalgh, Dana Kelleher, Julie Webb, Sergei Maguire and Anatoly Maguire. She was MomMom Mickey to 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandsons.

Mickey began her career at Scott Paper, where she met Howard, the love of her life. She also worked for 15 years serving the Honorable Clement J. McGovern and 10 years working for Speare and Huey, ESQ., until retirement.

Mickey was a long-time resident of Chester and a parishioner of St. Roberts parish before moving to Wallingford, PA. She influenced many children by her dedication to the parish and its youth programs as a Girl Scout Leader, CYO parent, and the parish drama program. Family was her purpose in life. She had precious times with her children and grandchildren at the Jersey shore and years of family celebrations. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Mickey was a member of St. John Chrysostom parish. A visitation for Mickey will take place on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 10:00am – 11:00am at St. John Chrysostom Church, 614 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford, PA, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment, St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
