Obituary of Rose M Kowalski

Rose M. Kowalski, 93, of Glen Mills, PA, passed away on November 6, 2025, at Fair Acres Geriatric Center. She was born in Richmond, NY, and raised on Staten Island, NY, by her parents, George and Rose Drigatis Sarawich.

A longtime resident of Byram Township, NJ, Rose was a devoted homemaker who found joy in spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren. She was also deeply devoted to her Catholic faith.

In addition to her parents, Rose is preceded in death by her husband, Edward C. Kowalski who died in 2004; her son, Edward S. Kowalski who died in 2025; and her seven siblings. She is survived by her two daughters, Pat Empfield and Roberta Etcheverry (Alain); three grandchildren, Jennifer Empfield, Kimberly Empfield, and Catherine Empfield as well as a host of nieces & nephews.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 10:00 to 10:30 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills, PA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM.
