I am so very sorry to hear about Pat. She and my mom Joann Campbell became friends at Springmill. The pair of them certainly shared some laughs and fun times together. She was such a kind hearted lady. She will be missed. My deepest sympathy to the family.

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother. Mrs. Frail was like a second mother to me while I was growing up, and I will always be grateful to have been part of her "village" for all those years. She made my brother Kevin and I feel like we were part of the Frail family. I'll always remember her as one of the kindest people I've known, and as the only person who could make a meatloaf that I actually liked. My deepest sympathies go out to you, Jim Dave, and Cindy during this difficult time.

Pat was a joy everytime I was with her, starting in the kitchen during breaks at The Davidson Scool at Elwyn. She was always laughing about something and if not laughing, smiling for sure. She was a best friend to my mom Barb Horner. I loved bringing mom to visit Pat in Delaware for lunch and visits. You might remember my Christmas cards the past few years asking Pat to let me know if she was still alive! Sounds awful, but it made her laugh and call me! My sincere sympathy to all Pat's family. What a friend I had in Pat for the past 23 years, we shared our love of swimming, humming birds, flowers, food and family. I will certainly miss Pat. I send my very best and deepest sympathy to all the family.

I've had the pleasure of know Pat for 25yrs... ever single meeting and conversation we have had were always enjoyable. She took genuine interest in asking how I was doing and how my family was doing. I will miss our conversations. My prayers are with the family during this challenging time/ Pat was a wonderful person and I'm fortunate to have known her.
