I was heartbroken to hear about Tim's passing. He was an incredible mentor to me, and I learned so much from him. At a critical time in my life, Tim believed in me and gave me an chance that changed my career and life for the better. His guidance and support helped me gain a role I loved and I will always be grateful.
Tim was a good man. His kindness and wisdom made an impact on me, and the world feels a little less bright without his light.
I am so sorry for your loss.

My deepest condolences to Tim’s family, friends, and colleagues. Although I’ve only known Tim for about a year, he made a lasting first impression and quickly became one of my favorite thought partners. His energy was infectious, his mind brilliant, and his heart enormous—always championing his team. Tim was the kind of person you want on your team and the leader you want guiding others.
I am sending love and hugs as you celebrate his life, and I hope you find comfort in your memories and in the legacy he leaves behind—a legacy that will continue to inspire us all.

I have known Tim since he began his career in Pharmaceuticals. My colleague, Eric Little, and I interviewed him in 2005. I think he was pretty fresh out of college. He amazed us with his enthusiasm, work ethic and sincerity. Eric immediately hired him for the vacancy on his team, and I had the privilege of having him on my team shortly after, during an expansion. Tim elevated our entire team with his grit and tenacity. I forget how many back-to-back President Clubs he won; it was amazing. I left Takeda in 2010, but we stayed in touch, and I watched him become wildly successful. I was always so proud of him.
I am heartbroken he is gone but his legacy will live on in all of us he touched. I feel like I learned more from Tim than he did from me. He made me better.
My sincerest condolences to Julie and family. I will deeply miss Tim.

I am saddened to hear of Tim’s passing. My Deepest Sympathies to His Family. I remember Tim on my Swim Team many years ago, as a young ambitious child always wanting to please everyone. I see that he accomplished that and much more as he grew into a Proud Young Man. I am grateful he left me with many good memories.

Hi Tim's Family, You don't know me, but I've had the opportunity to work with Tim over the last couple of years at a partner company. I just want you to know that in the little time I got to work with him that he was an incredibly special guy. So upbeat, seeing the best in every situation, seeing the best in people, and wanting to do what's best for patients. His desire to make a difference in the world was palpable. I'm grieving for you and for him. I'm so sorry for your loss. Tim was a great human being! with condolences - Karel Gless

I had the privilege of working alongside Tim as a Market Access teammate at Takeda. I will always remember him for his humor, his genuine helpfulness, and the way he led by example. He had a unique ability to make even the most challenging days feel lighter with his positive spirit and quick wit. He was not just a colleague but someone who made our workplace feel more human and supportive.

Though I had the privilege of knowing Tim for the past three years, it was only in these last two months that we began working closely together. In that short but meaningful time, I witnessed his dedication, warmth, and professional excellence that made such a lasting impression. I was genuinely looking forward to our continued collaboration. His enthusiasm and expertise gave me such hope for the projects ahead.
To Tim's family and friends, please accept my deepest condolences during this incredibly difficult time. Your loss is immeasurable, and my thoughts are with you. Please know that Tim touched many lives here at Sanofi, and his memory will live on through the positive impact he made on all of us.
Tim will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

I had the privilege of working with Tim, and he was truly one of the good ones. Tim was a genuine advocate for people and for purpose. He was a big supporter and active participant in our We Volunteer program, and his encouragement and leadership helped me grow and elevate within Dupixent. What stood out most about Tim was his kindness. He always took the time to listen, to celebrate others, and to lead with heart.
I will always be grateful for his support, his authenticity, and the example he set of what it means to lead with both excellence and humanity. He will be deeply missed.
My sincerest condolences to his family. Praying for continued strength, peace, and comfort for you all during this difficult time.

Tim and I first met at Takeda where we both worked on an incredible team within the company. His energy and passion for his work and team culture were unmatched.
A rare combination of someone with whom you can both laugh and learn. We had not seen each other for a long time since both leaving Takeda, but we talked about a year ago and Tim jumped right back in to asking about my family and work as though no time had passed. That was Tim!
I am deeply sorry to hear of his sudden passing. My thoughts and prayers are with Julie, his parents and the rest of Tim’s community so sadly impacted his loss.

My sincere condolences to Tim’s family, friends, and loved ones.
They say this too, shall pass
They say grief eventually fades
But those sayings are of little comfort
When you’re living through such sad days
They say that time heals all
And this much I know is true
So hang in there, my dearest friends
And together, we’ll see this through

Tim and Julie were incredibly gracious to allow my puppy and I to live with them for a week when we relocated to Chicago. I’ll never forget that hospitality. Our hearts are absolutely broken and I will miss conversations with Tim. He was an absolute STAR in our industry and a better human being. We’re thinking of Julie and the extended family, friends and work families who have lost a tremendous gift.

Tim you left too early.
First time I met him was at a company event in Spain in February 2024. I was impressed by his presence.
After I presented 2 minutes on stage he told me ‘they found the right person for the job.’ That sentence stayed with me. I was not only a great leader, someone you would follow, he was a great human being.
Rest in peace my friend.
