Obituary of Loretta M. DiPaola

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Loretta M. DiPaola, a timeless beauty of Glen Mills, PA, who lost her courageous battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis on October 13, 2025, at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late James Laurelli, Sr. and Lucille Caserta, Loretta was a longtime resident of Springfield, PA, since 1976, previously residing in Glenolden. She was a proud graduate of Upper Darby High School and Gordon Phillips Beauty School.

For 25 years, Loretta owned and operated a successful hair styling business, later enjoying a fulfilling career in retail and fashion merchandising. She loved helping others look and feel their best and was known for her impeccable style and vibrant energy.

Loretta had a larger-than-life personality and the biggest heart. Her husband, Rocco, their five children, and nine grandchildren were her greatest pride and joy.

In addition to her parents, Loretta was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rocco F. DiPaola (September 26, 2025); her dear son, Daniel J. DiPaola (2017); her brother, James Laurelli, Jr.; and her brother-in-law, Frank Sabatini.

She is lovingly survived by her children: Denise (Michael) DiPaola Imperatore, Michelle (Nicholas) DeLiberty, Nichole (Brian) Romesburg, and David (Melissa) DiPaola; her siblings: Carmella (Walt) O'Brien and Elaine Sabatini; and her cherished grandchildren: Selena, James, Angelina, Alexa, Isabella, Sophia, Nicholas, Colette, and Rocco.

Loretta's beauty, generosity, and love for her family and friends will be remembered always.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Friday, October 24th, 2025 from 9:00AM-10:45AM
