I’m so sad to hear of cousin Loretta’s passing. As a child I would visit Aunt Lucy and Uncle Jim with my mother and father, Carmella and Victor. With great fondness I remember Loretta and her sisters dotting over me and calling me a doll. I clearly remember Loretta laughing at her southern cousin saying, y’all and me laughing at her saying youse guys! It was so much fun visiting with my beautiful cousin and her sisters. Later in life it was a treat to have Loretta and Rocco visit with me in my Tampa home. I’ll never forget these special times and how beautiful and kind my cousin was to me. Sending my sincere condolences to Elaine and Carmella and all her family. I lost my sister, Dee on October 18. 2025. Much love, Karen Mena Garner

Aunt Loretta. Retts. Aunt Nonna lol. You are a LIFESAVER. You helped me so much, you helped save me, and I love you so much. Forever. I miss you already. And also I’m so happy for your heart that you are reunited with Danny and uncle Rock. I will carry you and YOUR MAGIC with me every day I live. And in every PRIZE I give. I love you always. Thank God for you. Until we meet again…. I will see you in my dreams

Loretta always reminded me of my own mom. Both stunningly beautiful and personalities that wouldn’t just light up a room. They would light up the building and the whole street! Loretta and Rocco made an amazing family and their legacy is iconic. Anyone who knows the DiPaola family is beyond lucky to be in the presence of greatness. The spirit of Loretta and Rocco is eternal. I hope and pray that they are always with their children, grandchildren, family and friends. I know I was lucky and blessed to have known them. Rest in paradise until we all meet again one day. ❤️

Loretta was one of the sweetest kindest woman I ever met. She was a second mom to me in my youth. When I had my own children, I tried to emulate her and always be a safe place for my childrens friends. I will keep all of you in my prayers. I'm so sorry for your loss.
