Obituary of Antoinette P. Sullivan-Falcone

Antoinette P. "Toni" Sullivan-Falcone, age 87, of Glen Mills, PA, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025, at Paoli Hospital.

Born in Philadelphia and raised in Havertown, Toni was the daughter of the late Anthony and Blanche (Ruggieri) Sprameli. She dedicated over 30 years of her life to nursing at Pennsylvania Hospital, retiring in 1997. In 1999, she began a second career in real estate with Long & Foster in Havertown, where she worked with passion and care until retiring in 2019.

Toni had a deep love for travel, with a special fondness for the Caribbean, Italy, and cruising alongside her devoted husband, Nick. She was also active in the Fox Hill Farm community, where she often shared her musical gifts by playing the piano and singing for her neighbors and friends. A woman of faith, Toni was a longtime member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church and previously belonged to the Lioness Club of Marple Newtown.

In addition to her parents, Toni was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert J. Sullivan (1988), and her beloved son, Larry Sullivan (2024).

She is survived by her loving husband, Nick Falcone; her daughter, Patricia Sullivan (Brian Calpin); and her four stepdaughters, Angela Olden (Brian), Annamaria Concannon (Thomas), Joanna Sullivan (Michael), and Donna Steinfieldt (Scott).

Family and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 9:15 to 10:15 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Interment will be at SS. Pete and Paul Cemetery, Springfield PA.
