Obituary of Josephine Diamond

Josephine Wintarlik Diamond, age 92, passed away August 31, 2025. Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, she resided in Delaware County her entire life.

Josephine is survived by her son Michael Diamond and her daughter, Rosemarie Diamond. Josephine is predeceased by her beloved husband, Leonard Diamond, her parents, Joseph and Mary Wintarlik, and her sisters, Kay Sill, Helen Di Meglio, Eva Price and Amelia Pawulich.

Josephine worked for Scott Paper Company, Media Township and Newport News Shipbuilding before retiring to spend her summers with Len in Cape May, New Jersey and take ocean cruises with her family. Josephine was thoughtful and generous to everyone and made friends wherever she went. We are so grateful for her long and richly lived life. We will love and miss her forever.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. Online condolences may be shared at www.paganofuneralhome.com.
