Obituary of Marian I. Wiechecki

Marian I. Wiechecki, age 84, of Concord Township, PA passed away peacefully on August 13th, 2025 at Shipley Living Nursing Home.

Born to William Phillips and Catherine O'Malley in the Irish Community of Chester, PA, Marian loved Irish dancing and spending time with her large extended family. Marian graduated from Notre Dame High School. As a longtime Concord Township resident, Marian was a devoted member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church where she created lifelong memories with her friends in the Woman's Association and the Book Club. In addition to raising her family, Marian was a dedicated office manager for Jack Swerman Architecture in Wallingford PA.

Marian is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Robert Wiechecki who passed away in 2019 and her infant son, Kenneth. Marian is survived by her 4 sons, Robert Jr. (Priscilla) Wiechecki, Edward (Patricia) Wiechecki, Thomas (Helene) Wiechecki, Richard (Melissa) Wiechecki, sister, Elaine Hills and brother, Bill Phillips, 6 grandchildren; Nicole, Rachel (Javier), Melanie (Joe), Thomas Jr., Edward Jr., Richard and a great grandson due in September.

A Viewing for Marian will take place on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 9:45AM-10:45AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Rd. Glen Mills, PA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. Online Condolences may be made by visiting www.paganofuneralhome.com
