Obituary of Joseph D. Panichi

Joseph "Dino" Panichi Age 67, of Philadelphia, PA Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Dino was the beloved son of the late Peter Panichi and Jo Stewart. Dino dedicated his career to the construction industry as a contractor with the Laborers Local Union 57. Outside of work, he enjoyed his family and friends, and found joy in fishing and playing pinochle. He is preceded in death by his father, Peter Panichi. Dino is survived by his four children: Nicholas (Charity) Panichi, Peter Panichi, Joseph (Elyssa) Panichi, and Alex Panichi; his mother, Jo Stewart; his two sisters, Roni (Joe) Cianculli and Maria Duffy; and his cherished grandchildren: Malia, Nico, Macy, and Elaina. He is also survived by a niece and several nephews, and extended family who will miss him dearly. A viewing will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 PM at: Pagano Funeral Home 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA 19060 Interment will take place at a later date.
