Obituary of Shirley McFarland

Shirley M. McFarland, age 91, of Aston, PA, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025, at Paoli Hospital. Born and raised in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Carroll and Emily Howett King.Shirley made Aston her home for the past 62 years. She worked for many years in data entry at UPS, and previously at Phoenix Steel. She enjoyed traveling and spending time at the beaches of Florida. A dedicated breeder of Boston Terriers, Shirley also attended Covenant  Fellowship Church in Glen Mills.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul A. McFarland Sr. (2013), and two siblings, Thelma Connison and Wayne King.She is survived by her husband, Charles Norman Sellers; her children, Paul (Lisa) McFarland Jr. and Shirley (Robert) Shaw; her siblings, Carole Amies and Jeanette Vickers; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA 19060.
