Obituary of Denise M. Hill

Denise M. Hill, age 73, of Boothwyn, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on May 3, 2025. She was raised in Boothwyn by her late parents, Lawrence and Dolores Pompetti Quinn.

Denise was a 1969 graduate of Chichester High School. She went on to have a long and dedicated career as an office manager at Orthopedic Associates at Crozer, where she worked for 25 years before retiring in 2007.

Denise married her high school sweetheart, Daniel E. Hill Jr., her beloved husband of 55 years. They went on to build a beautiful family together, four children: Daniel (Maryann) Hill III, Jennifer (James) Mays, Matthew (Sarah) Hill, and Rebecca (Chad) Masci. She is also survived by her four siblings: Lawrence (Joann) Quinn, Christine (Charles) Koch, Frank (Ruth Ann) Quinn, and Mark Quinn; 14 cherished grandchildren: Meghan, Kathryn & Madeline Hill, Carly (Joseph) Turk, Molly & James Mays, Emma, Quinn & Eloise Hill, Jessica, Ryan, Sean, Michael & Sophia Masci; She also has three adored great-grandchildren: Braelynn Masci, Stevie Shannon, Jackson Turk - with two more babies, Andie and Anthony, arriving very soon.

Denise dedicated her life to her family in every way. She loved dancing and traveling, especially cruises with her husband. She spent most of her time in the kitchen cooking for her large family, above all her Sunday sauce and famous potato salad. She loved nothing more than to have a house full of all her special people.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday Evening, 6-8pm at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA. An additional viewing will be held on Thursday at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA from 9:30-10:15am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Edgewood Cemetery, Glen Mills, PA.
