Obituary of Mary Edna Aaron

Mary "Edna" Aaron, age 92 of Milford, DE passed away on April 19, 2025 at home. Born in Chester and raised in Boothwyn, PA, Edna resided for the past 20 years in Milford, DE, previously residing in Aston, PA. Edna was a school bus driver for Penn Delco School district for over 30 years retiring in 1995. She graduated from Chichester High School, Class of 1951. After high school, Edna went to work at Pheonix Steel. She enjoyed crocheting beautiful blankets, sweater and jackets. She collected pocketbooks, jewelry, lighthouses, Annalee Dolls and peeps. She was always willing to lend a helping hand. She loved the holidays and decorating for them. In addition to her parents, Samuel C. and Alma C. Thomas Shrom, Edna is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Aaron who passed in 2023 and former husbands, Charles E. Reed Jr. who passed in 1984 and Albert E. Jones Jr. who passed in 1993, her son, Dennis D. Jones and brother, Samuel Shrom. She is survived by her daughter, Peggy (Andrew) Keleshian, daughter in law, Darlene Jones, brothers, David Shrom and Richard (Linda) Shrom, two adored grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
