Obituary of Leonard H. Bradley

Leonard "Butch" H. Bradley, age 81, of Media, PA, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025, at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Born in Wilmington, DE, Butch spent over a decade residing in Media and had previously lived in both Wilmington and Aston, PA. A dedicated electrician, he worked for Wyeth Laboratories for 30 years before retiring.

Butch proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a longtime member of American Legion Post 951. In his earlier years, he found joy in coaching youth football as an assistant coach for the Chichester Crusaders. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and trips to Delaware Park.

Butch was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Eleanor Palese Connolly, and his beloved son, Leonard Bradley Jr., who passed away in 2019.

He is survived by his sons, Bill (Michelle) Bradley, Rene Bradley, and Kevin (Joanne) Bradley his brother, James (Carolyn) Bradley; Stepsisters, Hope (Terry) Jones, Faith (Art) Mulligan; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
