Obituary of Teresa Carlmocco

Teresa Carlmocco, age 77, of Broomall, PA, passed away on March 15, 2025, at Bryn Mawr Hospital. She was born in Chester, PA, to Gabriel and Filomena (DiSantis) Ferretti. Teresa resided in Broomall for the past 19 years, having previously lived in Folsom, PA, for 20 years.In her earlier years, Teresa worked as a hairdresser before transitioning to a career as an Insurance Claims Representative. She was a devoted member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church. Teresa had a passion for gardening and flowers, cherished her dog Tiki, and loved cooking for her family, especially during the holidays. Above all, she found her greatest joy in spending time with her family, particularly attending her grandchildren's sports games and events.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Peter Ferretti. She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Samuel Carlmocco; her daughters, Dana (Clay) Carlmocco and Tara (Sean) Cowan; her grandchildren, Brett, Chase, and Alexis; and her great-grandchild, Everett.Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, Newtown Square, PA, followed by a Mass at 10:30 AM.
