Obituary of Theresa Marie Krause

Theresa Marie Krause, age 83, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on March 1, 2025, at Kutz Senior Living Center. Born to Harry and Marie Sigel Goodwin in Philadelphia, PA. Theresa made Wilmington her home for the past 19 years, after previously residing in Linwood, PA.

A dedicated Registered Nurse, Theresa worked at Sacred Heart Hospital in Chester, PA and at Riverfront Medical Center in Swedesboro, NJ. A proud graduate of Delaware Tech for nursing, she touched countless lives with her compassion and expertise. In her free time, Theresa enjoyed bible study, going on cruises, visiting Myrtle Beach, baking and spending time with her family.

Theresa is preceded in death by her husband, Augustine W. Krause, her parents as well as her two brothers William (Bill) and Harry (Hank) Goodwin. She is lovingly survived by her brother Edward (Ed) Goodwin, her children—Kerriann, Glen (Mary Jo), Dale (Deb), and Jeff—as well as six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at Pagano Funeral Home (3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA), followed by a memorial service at 1:00 PM.
