Obituary of Arlene J. Dougherty

Arlene J. Dougherty, age 82, formerly of Sharon Hill, PA passed away peacefully on February 1, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Arlene has resided the past 18 months in Artman Retirement Home, previously residing in Sharon Hill, Ridley and Swarthmore, PA. A Billing Clerk, she was employed for many years with the Children's Hospital. Arlene was devoted to her Catholic faith and a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Ridley Twp., PA. Arlene found joy in spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, John and Freida McPeake, Arlene is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Dougherty who died in 2014. She is survived by 3 children, Thomas (Tracy) Dougherty, Michael (Kimberly) Dougherty and Kathleen (Michael) Happersett and 3 grandchildren, Jordan and Michael Happersett and Meghan Dougherty. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th from 9-10 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA 19060 followed by a Memorial Service at 10AM. Interment, S.S.
