As the daughter of Carol and Dick’s longtime friend, Barbara Horn, I first met Carol at my wedding in 1990. Through the years, Carol has been so kind to us and generous with her time. What quickly comes to mind is her gentle nature and easy laugh.
In our greatest time of need Carol and Dick helped care for my mother after my father passed. This will always be appreciated. We wish eventual peace to Dick and family. You are in our prayers.

She was more than our department secretary. She was our rock. I could not even begin to guess the number of faculty, staff and student ID’s she took and processed; the number of phone and walk-in complaints she tolerated, the number of invoices, parking tickets and budgets she managed. One thing I can tell you - I made sure we laughed everyday we worked together. She was an old school sweet soul and we will miss her.
