Neil was an avid Philadelphia Flyers fan, an Eagle Scout, a talented trumpet player who marched for the Baltimore Colts Marching Band, and a die hard Jimmy Buffett parrothead. He was a graduate of Concord High School and Widener University, classes of 83' and 88'. His viewing will be held at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA on Tuesday, May 2nd, from 6-8 pm, followed by a service on Wednesday the 3rd, with visitation starting at 9:00 am and the service beginning at 10:00.
