Obituary of Daniel Peter Fidelibus

Daniel Peter Fidelibus Sr., 86 of Boothwyn, PA died peacefully on July 24, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he resided for the past 26 years in Boothwyn, PA, previously residing in Folsom, PA. Daniel was a transmission mechanic for Boeing for 28 years retiring in 1994. He was a member of the Collingdale Seniors and the St. Lawrence Seniors. He enjoyed restoring cars, model trains, music and playing various instruments. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. Daniel is preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Phillips Fidelibus, wife, Joan Caroline Hershey Fidelibus who died in 1987, 4 siblings, Marie McLaughlin, Rose Brady, Nicholas and John Fidelibus. He is survived by 4 children, Daniel P. Jr. (Barbara) Fidelibus, Karen J. (Charles) Frassoni, Donna M. (Stephen) Burbelo and Michele A. (Robert Weaver) Fidelibus and his companion of 21 years Maryann Toner; also 9 grandchildren, Heather, Melissa, Justin (Laura), Brenda, Eric, Julia, Daniel, Julia, and Zachary, 4 great grandchildren, Tyler, William Daniel, Caleb and Lachlan. Relative and friends are invited to his Funeral Liturgy on Wednesday, 10:00AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA where friends may call Tuesday 6-8PM and Wednesday 9-10AM.
