She was also a member of the Marcus Hook Seniors and the Immaculate Conception of Lourdes Senior Group. She retired from her job in a textile lab for FMC in 1977. For many years you could find Connie caring for her flower gardens or in her kitchen preparing delicious meals. Connie is preceded in death by her parents Giuseppe "Joseph" and Antoinette (Patrone) Chieffo, late husband Melvin Dennis, son Norman Dennis, and 3 brothers; Nick, Ben, and Tony Chieffo. She is survived and missed by her two sons; Robert (Peggy) Dennis, David (Nora) Dennis, daughter-in-law Pam Dennis, two sisters; Josephine Caramanico, Mary Starrantino, 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
